Verification
Before we can respond to your request, we must verify your identity using your personal information. If we are not able to verify your request, we will contact you for more information. If we are unable to verify your identity after a good faith attempt, we may deny the request and explain the basis for the denial.
Designating an Authorized Agent
You may designate someone to submit requests and act on your behalf (an “Authorized Agent”). To do so, you must provide us with written permission allowing the Authorized Agent to act on your behalf.
Process
We will acknowledge receipt of your request and advise you how long we expect it will take to respond if we are able to verify your identity. Requests for specific pieces of Personal Information will require additional verification information.
In some instances, we may not be able to honor your request. We will not provide sensitive identifiers if disclosure presents a risk of fraud, identity theft, or system security concerns.
We will work to process all verified requests within 45 days pursuant to the CCPA. If an extension of up to an additional 45 days is required, we will provide an explanation for the delay.
Do Not Track Requests
Our website and applications do not recognize “Do Not Track” signals.
Third-Party Marketing and Selling
We do not provide your Non-Financial Information to third parties for direct marketing purposes, nor do we sell such information without notice and an opportunity to opt out.
No Discrimination
We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
